Foster Love has secured funding to exclusively provide financial support to college students with foster care experience. As part of the Rapid Response program and our onboarding process, Foster Love requires all support groups and agencies to participate in a prescreening process to become an Authorized Referral Partner. Upon becoming an authorized partner, you will then be able to refer students to our program.

Authorized partners must either be a higher education institution or a government agency supporting college students with foster care experience. At this time Foster Love is only accepting Rapid Response partnership applications from colleges and government agencies located in: California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, and Texas

To qualify for Rapid Response support referred students must be current or former foster youth, enrolled in the fall, winter, spring, or summer term of the current school year as a college student or high school/GED senior.

If you have additional questions about the process or our Rapid Response program, please reach out to us at RR@togetherwerise.org
